We are looking for several web application engineers and Web designer. These required post are not for the entry level programmer or designer. You must have at least 1 yrs of professional experiences in the mentioned field. And should have practical skill in AJAX and WebServices.

Experienced PHP Programmer (Code: 0x101)

Web Application Developer will be a key member of the small team driving the design and implementation of highly interactive web application with user friendly interfaces for state of the art technologies. The ideal candidate will be an innovative web application developer who has a passion for user centric design and a desire to apply their creativity and technical knowledge to creating highly usable scalable consumer applications. Although we are looking for full-time candidates, we will also consider qualified applicants for part-time consulting positions as well.

Responsibilities:

- Ground-up PHP coding, Integration of multiple PHP applications (3rd party, open source)
- Convert legacy application written in ASP to PHP5 Object Oriented Model.
- Application and database development and Testing
- Writing and revising of collaborative and functional specs
- Working with visual designers and other developers to design complex user interfaces and data interactions
- Work with product managers, visual designers, and other engineers to design the optimal user experience
- Implement and deploy UI applications using AJAX.

Skills/Experience:

- At least 2 years of PHP5 with solid Object Oriented Programming skill.
- Experience in MySQL, PostgraSQL, Procedural and sound knowledge in Distributed Transaction.
- Should have Experience in WebServices (SOAP, REST)
- Experienced with MVC (i.e Zend Framework, Smarty ), XHTML, XML, CSS, AJAX, XSLT
- Experience working closely with both front-end design teams and back-end technical teams.
- Ability to adapt to pre-existing programming standards and also to develop new standards
- Strong work ethic with pixel perfect attention to detail; team player with a positive attitude
- Strong release management and documentation skills
- Competent level in Photoshop and Flash; Illustrator a plus
- User Interface design experience on desktop, web and/or mobile platforms
- Excellent knowledge of working with Java and PHP related technologies i.e Smarty, PEAR and Zend Framework
- Strong presentation and communication skills

Education Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Web Designer (Code: 0x102)

You should acquire at least 2 yr professional experiences in the field of web design and flash development. You should have excellent skill in Flash, ActionScript, Photoshop and Industry leading web authoring tools like Dreamweaver, Frontpage.

Advanced Scripting knowledge such as PHP,ActionScript, JavaScript skill required.
